During checking time, the identification of the guests is really important. For their identification, the hotel has to submit a copy of each guest’s photo ID, address proof and Pan card.
According to government policy, the check-in time of the hotel is at 2:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm to ensure deep cleaning.
If the guests want early arrivals and late departures, then, according to room availability, the hotel carries a nominal fee.
The guests who want to stay in the hotel must be 18 years old to book the room legally.
Booking & Cancellations Policies:
The hotel is to accept the free cancellation available up to 24–48 hours before the guest’s arrival date at the hotel, depending on the guest booking tier.
A strict nonrefundable policy is strictly followed during peak season bookings such as Diwali or Maha Shivratri.
Taxes (like GST) are calculated based on government slabs and are added to the base room tariff.
The reservation of the hotel is generally accepted by guests through an advance deposit, or prepayment options. The debit or credit card is also accepted in some cases.
The infants can reside with their parents and share their beds with them free of cost. But the charges may apply if the children are older and adults.

Bringing outside food inside the hotel is prohibited. Only the hotel meals are acceptable.
