All guests are welcome to Kasai Anupam Hotel! Each guest can check our payment policy. Here is a quick guide of it:
Booking confirmation:
Each visitor who wants to book the hotel needs to pay a 50 percent advance payment deposit to confirm your reservation at the time of booking. The remaining balance the guests need to pay at the time of check-in at the hotel.
Accept Payment Modes:
The hotel has to accept multiple payment modes, such as credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking. The guests have to deposit the money at the front desk at the time of check-in hotel.
Cancellation & Refunds:
If your plan to visit the hotel has been changed, then there is no need to worry. You can get a full refund if you cancel booking of the hotel up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a one-night room charge.
Need Help with Billing:
If the guests have any option regarding the invoice for the hotel, then they can take the help of our reservation team that is available for 24/7 hours. Our hotel team is always looking forwards to hosting the guests at any time.
